Requirements and Details

  • A brand must be a recognized international leader with a proven history of quality to be considered.
  • We believe recent product innovations are more relevant, so newer product lines that pass rigorous testing carry more weight in our scoring.
  • Polaris SuperBrands requires that all products are 100% genuine and sourced through official channels. Any brand associated with counterfeit issues is immediately disqualified.
  • The score for Brand Reputation is calculated using a normalized curve based on market share and global review data.
  • To receive a full score for After-Sales Support, a manufacturer must have a clear, efficient, and honoured warranty process.

Disclaimer: If Polaris SuperBrands finds that a manufacturer is engaged in questionable business practices, is consistently failing to honour warranties, or is unable to maintain a consistent supply of quality products, its "SuperBrand Score" will be penalized, and it may be removed from our portfolio.
